Mug Press Imaging Instructions	OVERVIEW Press Temperature: 365-370˚F (185-188°C) for 120 seconds Medium Pressure, Hot peel Remove lid and straw. Make sure you are using the 40oz Element. Tape imaged sublimation paper onto your tumbler. Place image facing the tumbler. Set the mug press at 365-370˚F (185-188°C) for 120 seconds. If your press has an idle and press temperature setting, adjust the time accordingly. Ensure mug press has reached temperature. Place the tumbler into your mug press. Close Mug Press. Once pressing is done, open mug press, and take tumbler out of press. Use gloves or heat resistant cloth to handle the hot tumbler. Peel sublimation paper off. Leave on the table to cool. Do not dunk in water. Caution: Tumbler is extremely hot when in the mug press, do not handle it with bare hands Note: Temperature and time settings are only a guide/starting point, some mug presses may require some fine tweaking of the temperature and time.
Convection Oven Instructions	OVERVIEW Curing Temperature: 385-400˚F for 5-6 minutes, Hot peel Remove the lid and straw. Unscrew the handle from the tumbler. Design your image and print it out on sublimation paper with sublimation ink printer. Tape imaged sublimation paper onto tumbler. Place and center the product inside the shrink film/sleeve. Use heat gun on low setting to shrink the wrap to the contour of the product. Begin with the side away from the transfer first. Ensure the wrap only encases the sides of the product leaving top and bottom open. Repeat above steps for each item to include in production run. Set the convection oven at 385-400˚F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. Ensure convection oven has reached temperature, place the tumblers in the preheated oven. Close Convection oven. Once curing is done, open convection oven, and take the tumbler out of the oven. Use gloves or heat resistant cloth to handle the hot tumbler. Peel sublimation paper and shrink film off and leave it to cool off completely. Screw back the handle. Caution: Tumbler is extremely hot when in the mug press, do not handle with bare hands Note: Temperature and time settings are only a guide/starting point, some convection ovens may require some fine tweaking of the temperature and time.

Excellent quality and price for these 40oz tumblers! Did them in convection oven at recommended time and temp. Would love if they brought in the exact same ones but in smaller 20 oz or 30 oz!
