Do you have a distributor in my country?

We have an extensive network of distributors around the world.  Please send us an e-mail with your full address and contact information and include which products you are interested in and we will provide you with a distributor in your area.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship FedEx or UPS from our Blaine, WA; Las Vegas, NV; Antioch, TX warehouses.  If you have an account with another courier or freight company and would prefer to use them provide us with your account number and specific shipping instructions when you place an order.

ORDERS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All Sales are FINAL. All returns require prior authorization from our Customer Service department. All returns must display a Return Authorization Number (RAN) obtained from Customer Service. Packages not displaying a RAN will be refused. Authorized returns for goods other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus return freight. Our policy, upon receipt of returned goods, is to either replace defective goods or issue the appropriate credit at Joto sole discretion.

Do you offer a warranty?

Joto's liability is limited to the replacement of products that are found to be defective. This warranty constitutes the sole liability of the manufacturer (or distributors) concerning the product and is instead of and excludes all other conditions warranties, guarantees, obligations, rights, or representations whether express or implied, and whether arising by operation of law or otherwise. No representative of the manufacturer (or distributors) or any other person or entity has any authority to offer any other warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.

What payment options do I have?

Payment can be made using: Visa, MasterCard, AMX, Discovery Card, certified check, money order or bank wire transfer at the time of order.

If you wish to pay using one of the above credit cards and your oder is over $1,000, we require that you complete a Credit Card Authorization Form. Please print the form, fill it out, sign it and fax it to us. Because of the rise in credit card fraud, you will also need to fax us a photocopy showing both sides of your card. When photocopying the credit card, please reduce the contrast on the copier so the copy is legible after it is faxed. If you prefer, you can also scan these documents and send them by e-mail.

We also offer credit terms to qualified applicants.  If you wish to apply for credit please contact us to receive Credit Application form, sign it and fax it to us.  Allow three weeks for your application to be processed.

Once your application for credit has been approved you will be informed in writing that we have opened an account for you with a specified credit limit.

Credit terms are as follows:

  1. Opening order to establish terms must exceed $250.00.
  2. Our terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.

PRODUCT HELP

Can I buy from Joto equipment suitable for 220/240 Volts?

Yes, but in some cases you have to pre-order it as we don't normally keep it on stock. Prices for 220/240 equipment may be higher than prices for 110/120 V.

Can I buy transfer paper on A3 or A4 sizes?

Yes you can! Call us in advance to confirm our stock levels. Prices for A3 size are the same prices as for 11"x17" size and prices for A4 size are the same prices as for 8.5"x11"
