DTF Printing Process:
For Cotton:
- Print on matte side in mirror mode (CMYK → White Ink)
- Apply Ecofreen hot melt powder and remove excess
- Bake at 185°C for 3 minutes
- Heat press at 185°C for 7 seconds (light/medium pressure)
- Cold peel, then press again at 185°C for 5 seconds (medium pressure)
For Polyester:
- Print on matte side in mirror mode (CMYK → White Ink)
- Apply Ecofreen hot melt powder and remove excess
- Bake at 170°C for 5 minutes
- Heat press at 140°C for 15 seconds (medium pressure)
- Cold peel, then press again at 140°C for 5 seconds (medium pressure)
