Eligibility
- Free Shipping applies exclusively to orders of Sublimation Blanks1 where the total before taxes and discounts exceeds $400.00 (Four Hundred US Dollars).2
- Overly bulky and lightweight items (such as “1Minky Blankets”) may be excluded from free shipping as the packaging is too large to allow for free shipping.
- 2Tailgate deliveries will be charged at $100 per shipment, the balance of the related freight costs will be free.

Terms and Conditions for Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping:
- Promotion Details:
- The flat rate shipping fee is set at $14.99.
- This rate applies to all orders up to 150 lbs. If an order has a product that must be shipped using a pallet this flat rate will not apply.
- If shipments are split between different warehouses, the flat rate will be applied to each individual shipment. For example: The total cost for one shipment from Las Vegas and another from Nashville from the same order would be $29.98.
- Eligibility:
- This flat rate shipping offer is valid for all customers within the Continental United States.
- Orders must be placed through the official Joto Imaging Supplies website.
- Shipping Method:
- Orders will be shipped via standard ground shipping or the lowest cost method.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
- Exclusions:
- This promotion does not apply to orders requiring special handling or oversized items. Minky Blankets are specifically excluded as the packaging is too large to allow for flat rate shipping. Large format metal panels may be excluded as well.

Shipping Terms
- All orders are EX Warehouse - Blaine WA, Nashville TN, or Las Vegas NV.
- No Backorders will be created unless specified by the customer.
Loyalty Program
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Joto Imaging Supplies Partnership Pro Loyalty Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
1.1. Participation in the Program is open to individuals who have a valid online account with Joto Imaging Supplies and make purchases through our official website (jotoimagingsupplies.com). 1.2. Enrollment in the Program is free. By enrolling, you consent to receiving promotional emails and account-related notifications.
2. Earning Points
2.1. Points are earned exclusively on eligible online orders placed through Joto Imaging Supplies’ official website. In-store and third-party marketplace purchases are not eligible for earning points. 2.2. Not all products qualify for earning points. Certain products, including but not limited to printers, cutters, inks, discounted items, promotional bundles, gift cards, and specific brand exclusions, may not be eligible. The determination of eligible products is at the sole discretion of Joto Imaging Supplies and may be modified without prior notice. 2.3. Points are credited to the member’s account only after the order has been successfully processed and payment has been confirmed. 2.4. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, assigned, or combined with other accounts.
3. Partnership Pro Tiers
The Program operates on a tiered system based on the member's total spending within a rolling 365-day period:

4. Tier Benefits
Pro Tier:

5. Adjustments and Forfeiture of Points
5.1. If an order is canceled, refunded, or returned for any reason, any points earned from that order will be deducted from the member’s account. 5.2. If a technical error, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected, Joto Imaging Supplies reserves the right to revoke or adjust points at any time without notice. 5.3. If an order is flagged due to payment disputes, chargebacks, or fulfillment issues, points earned from such orders may be removed at Joto Imaging Supplies’ sole discretion.
6. Tier Evaluation and Adjustment
6.1. Your spending is evaluated over a rolling 365-day period.
6.2. If you do not meet the minimum spending requirement for your current tier within the 365-day period, you will be demoted to the corresponding tier based on your actual spending.
6.3. Once demoted, you will retain your new tier status for the following 365-day evaluation period.
7. Redemption of Points
7.1. Points can be redeemed only through eligible online purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other forms of compensation. 7.2. Points cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, handling fees, or excluded items as determined by Joto Imaging Supplies. 7.3. The minimum and maximum redemption limits per transaction, as well as any expiration policies, will be detailed in the member’s account and may be subject to change.
8. Program Changes and Termination
8.1. Joto Imaging Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in earning rates, eligible products, redemption values, or membership requirements. 8.2. If the Program is terminated, all unused points will be forfeited immediately, and no compensation will be provided. 8.3. Continued participation in the Program following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. General Conditions
9.1. Abuse of the Program, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, reselling of earned points, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, will result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all points. 9.2. Joto Imaging Supplies is not responsible for any technical issues, website malfunctions, or delays that may affect the accrual or redemption of points.

Goods Damaged in Transit
In rare instances where goods are damaged or the order is incomplete, inspect the damaged goods before signing for the shipment and if there are any broken goods please state this on the BOL or courier tablet. All shipments are deemed to have been received in good order unless we are notified in writing within 5 days following delivery of the goods. A damaged shipment must be received with damage noted on receipt of goods.
Broken Mugs
We do our very best to pack sublimation mugs securely to reduce breakage in transit. Unfortunately, ceramic mugs are fragile and occasionally do arrive broken. In this case, Joto is unable to provide direct replacements but we are happy to apply a prorated credit in the form of “Partnership Plus Points” to your online account.
Please send photos of any broken items at the time of receipt to support@jotoimagingsupplies.com, include in your email the number of broken items and your order number.
Warranty
The liability of the manufacturer or distributor is limited to the replacement of any product which contains manufacturing defects. This warranty constitutes the sole liability of the manufacturer or distributor concerning the product and is instead of and excludes all other conditions, warranties, guaranties, obligations, rights, or representations whether express or implied, and whether arising by operation of law or otherwise. No representative of the manufacturer or distributor or any other person or entity has any authority to offer any other warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.
Credit Card Authorization
Joto Imaging Supplies is not only committed to providing you with excellent customer service and quality products but also is committed to providing you with a safe and easy purchasing experience. This includes protecting you as a customer and us as a business from credit card fraud. Our Fraud Prevention Team is hard at work to make sure that someone is not using your credit card fraudulently and/or trying to steal your identity in purchasing our apparel decoration equipment and supplies. When an order is flagged by our team as possible fraud (specifically if a billing and the requested shipping address don't match) you may be contacted by one of our representatives.
One of the ways we can clear orders for shipment is by having you fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. We would like to get your order out to you as quickly as possible and know that an extra step may not always be convenient but do appreciate your assistance in preventing credit card fraud from occurring.
