DTF Printing Process:

For Cotton:

1. Print on the matte side in mirror mode (CMYK → White Ink)
2. Apply Ecofreen hot melt powder, remove excess
3. Bake at 185°C for 3 min
4. Heat press at 185°C for 7 sec (light/medium pressure)
5. Cold peel, then heat press again at 185°C for 5 sec (medium pressure)

For Polyester:

1. Print on the matte side in mirror mode (CMYK → White Ink)
2. Apply Ecofreen hot melt powder, remove excess
3. Bake at 170°C for 5 min
4. Heat press at 140°C for 15 sec (medium pressure)
5. Cold peel, then heat press again at 140°C for 5 sec (medium pressure)
