Design Creation Start by designing your image or text using graphic design software. Ensure the design fits the mug's dimensions.
Printing Print the design onto special sublimation paper using sublimation ink.
Preparation Secure the printed paper onto the mug using heat-resistant tape to keep it in place.
Pressing Place the mug in the mug press, which heats the mug and applies pressure. The heat activates the sublimation ink, causing it to turn into gas and bond with the mug's surface.
Cooling Once the pressing cycle is complete, carefully remove the mug and let it cool. The design will be permanently transferred to the mug.

If the heat press is not heating up and the temperature on the screen is staying in the double digits the press is probably just reading the room temperature. The press' heating element has more than likely burned out.
