Consuming just 22 amps @ 230V or 7 amps @ 400V, it uses 20% less power than similar dryers, making it ideal for spaces with limited electrical capacity. Its compact, modular design allows shops to expand curing capacity by adding heating chambers or extending the conveyor belt, adapting seamlessly as production demands grow—limited only by floor space and power availability. Conveyor extensions can also be installed at either end to streamline garment loading and cooling.
Perfect for home-based DTG operations or scaled-up commercial settings, the Lo-E 2D cures up to 45 garments per hour* with digital white ink (3-minute dwell time) or 88 garments per hour* using CMYK DTG, pretreat-only**, water-based inks, or discharge (60-second dwell time). Equipped with dual 24" x 18" (61 x 46 cm) high-efficiency infrared heaters, the dryer offers dual-zone temperature control, height adjustability, and a robust 15-year warranty.
A 370 CFM (10.5 m³/min) exhaust system efficiently removes moisture and contaminants while cooling the exterior. The 30" x 88" (76 x 224 cm) conveyor features Vastex’s patented low-friction belt alignment and adjustable speed settings (1–5 minutes dwell time), ensuring consistent performance.
