Vastex BR4D-V54 DTF Conveyor Dryer - 105" (267cm) Long
The Vastex BigRed® 4D BR4D-V54 is a high-capacity DTF and DTG conveyor dryer engineered for industrial-scale production. With a 54" wide conveyor belt and 22,800 watts of curing power from four 48" heaters, this powerhouse cures up to 144 DTG garments per hour with white ink and up to 950 garments per hour with plastisol or DTF adhesives.
Perfect for operations using Kornit® DTG printers or high-output screen-printing lines, the BR4D-V54’s modular design allows you to expand curing capacity as your business scales. Add chambers or extend the conveyor length to handle increasing production without replacing your core system.
