DTF Printing Process:

For Cotton:

• Print on matte side in mirror mode (CMYK → White Ink)
• Apply Ecofreen hot melt powder and remove excess
• Bake at 185°C for 3 minutes
• Heat press at 185°C for 7 seconds (light/medium pressure)
• Cold peel, then press again at 185°C for 5 seconds (medium pressure)

For Polyester:

• Print on matte side in mirror mode (CMYK → White Ink)
• Apply Ecofreen hot melt powder and remove excess
• Bake at 170°C for 5 minutes
• Heat press at 140°C for 15 seconds (medium pressure)
• Cold peel, then press again at 140°C for 5 seconds (medium pressure)
