The LittleRed® X3-D infrared dryer is a versatile, high-performance solution for curing DTG-printed textiles, plastisol, water-based, discharge-printed garments, and adhesive-coated DTF images at higher rates than conventional dryers. Its modular design allows for easy expansion with additional chambers and conveyor length as production demands increase.
Optimized Performance & Speed
Available in 30-inch (76 cm), 54-inch (137 cm), and 78-inch (198 cm) belt widths, it features a high-powered pre-heating zone that quickly raises ink temperatures past 300°F (149°C) within the first few inches of conveyor travel. This maximizes dwell time at optimal curing temperatures, allowing faster conveyor speeds and increased output.

Heating Chamber: 41 inches (104 cm) long, equipped with a targeted exhaust system to rapidly remove moisture and contaminants, while cooling the outer surface and controls.
Adjustable Belt-to-Heater Clearance: 2 – 7 inches (5 – 18 cm), independently adjustable on each side for precise curing control.
Expandable Configuration: The LR-X3D-30-2 and LR-X3D-54-2 models include a second X3 chamber for increased capacity, ideal for handling longer cure times required by Kornit printers.
