For optimal safety when curing DTF adhesives, we highly advise pairing this conveyor dryer with an EXH-18/30/54 exhaust hood to minimize fume exposure. Designed to match the output of leading DTG systems, the LittleRed® X1D series offers compact, scalable drying solutions. Available in three widths (18”, 30”, 54”), each model includes a boost zone for rapid temperature targeting, supporting inkjet, water-based, discharge, or DTF applications. Its modular construction allows seamless expansion with additional heating chambers or conveyor extensions as production scales.
X1D-18: 18” belt, full-width heater. Outputs: 34 garments/hour (digital white ink @ 2 mins), 81 garments/hour (water-based/discharge), 162 garments/hour (plastisol).
X1D-30: 30” belt, 24” heater. Outputs: 29 garments/hour (digital white), 65 garments/hour (water-based/discharge), 150 garments/hour (plastisol).
X1D-54: 54” belt, 48” heater. Outputs: 38 garments/hour (digital white), 162 garments/hour (water-based/discharge), 324 garments/hour (plastisol).
Unlike heat presses, conveyor dryers eliminate flattened prints and halos, preserving garment quality. Standard features include adjustable belt-to-heater clearance for bulky items, dual digital PID controllers (±1°F accuracy), and an X-Series Teflon-coated fiberglass belt with precision tracking. A 280 CFM exhaust system clears contaminants while cooling the unit.
