Vastex Lo-E1D DTF Conveyor Dryer 18" Belt - 48" (122cm) Long
The compact Lo-E 1D is perfect for shops with limited floor space or restricted amperage availability. Measuring 41 inches (105 cm) wide by 48 inches (122 cm) long, it can cure up to 23 garments per hour printed with digital white ink at a 3-minute dwell time or 64 garments per hour with DTG pretreatment or water-based inks at a 60-second dwell time.
Designed for energy-efficient operation, its 18-inch (46 cm) long heating chamber contains a 24-inch (61 cm) by 16-inch (40 cm) infrared heater, delivering 2,850 watts (2.85 kW) of power while consuming only 12.5 amps at 230V. The height-adjustable heater, backed by an industry-leading 15-year warranty, includes a boost zone and dual temperature controls, allowing adjustments from 0 to 950°F (0–524°C).
The 30-inch (76 cm) wide conveyor belt remains properly aligned through the company’s patented low-friction belt aligner, while variable speed controls provide infinitely adjustable dwell times ranging from one to five minutes.
A 280 CFM (7.9 m³/min) exhaust system efficiently removes moisture and airborne contaminants from the heating chamber while also cooling the enclosure’s outer shell and control panel.
Like all Vastex floor-standing dryers, the modular design supports future expansion, allowing additional chambers and conveyor extensions as production demands grow.
