Pearl Coating™ Sublimation Double Wall Stainless Steel Slim Can Cooler - Pack of 5

Press Temperature: 360˚F (180˚C) for 60 seconds
Medium Pressure, Hot peel

1. Remove lid. 
2. Tape imaged sublimation paper onto your can cooler. Place image facing the can cooler.
3. Set the mug press at 350˚F for 60 seconds. If your press has an idle and press temperature setting, adjust the time accordingly.
4. Ensure mug press has reached temperature. Place the can cooler into your mug press. Close Mug Press.
5. Once pressing is done, open mug press, and take can cooler out of press.
   Use gloves or heat resistant cloth to handle the hot can cooler.
6. Peel sublimation paper off.
7. Leave on table to cool. Do not dunk in water.
   Caution:  Can cooler is extremely hot when in the mug press, do not handle with bare hands

Note: Temperature and time settings are only a guide/starting point, some mug presses may require some fine tweaking of the temperature and time.  

Curing Temperature: 360˚F for 4 minutes, Hot peel

1. Make sure you are using Water Bottle element.
2. Design your image and print it out on sublimation paper with sublimation ink printer.  
3. Tape imaged sublimation paper onto can cooler. 
4. Place and center the product inside the shrink film/sleeve.
5. Use heat gun on low setting to shrink the wrap to the contour of the product. Begin with the side away from the transfer first. Ensure the wrap only encases the sides of the product leaving top and bottom open.
6. Repeat above steps for each item to include in production run.
7. Set the convection oven at 320˚F for 4 minutes. 
8. Ensure convection oven has reached temperature, place the can coolers in the preheated oven.  
9. Close Convection oven.
10. Once curing is done, open convection oven, and take the can cooler out of the oven.
    Use gloves or heat resistant cloth to handle the hot can cooler.
11. Peel sublimation paper and shrink film off and leave it to cool off completely.
    Caution:  Can cooler is extremely hot when in the mug press, do not handle with bare hands
