What schools ask before they buy

Who trains the teacher once the equipment arrives?
Setup guidance and process training come with the purchase, remote or on site depending on the package. Most teachers run their first successful transfer the same day. The written procedures your students will follow are part of what we hand over.
Is this safe to run with students in the room?
Every laser we sell for education is enclosed and interlocked. Heat presses need supervision, clearance and a heat-resistant surface, and the brochure lists the requirements per machine. We will tell you when a machine is wrong for an unsupervised classroom.
What does the room actually need?
Power, ventilation, bench space and clearance vary by process. A desktop sublimation setup fits a standard classroom. A DTF or laser setup needs dedicated ventilation and a plan for it. Ask us before the purchase order, not after.
What happens with consumables in year two and three?
Ink, blanks, film, powder and vinyl all come from the same catalog, so reordering is one account and one purchase order. Nothing on the education list is a discontinued or single-source item we cannot restock.
Can you work with our purchasing process?
We accept purchase orders from schools and districts, handle tax-exempt purchases where applicable, and prepare itemized quotes your business office can process without rewriting them. Lease financing is available on equipment.
