STS XPD-924D 24 Inch DTF Printer

You'll move DTF production onto a machine built for output that holds up under a full shift. Staggered dual AccuFine HD printheads give you the speed of a two-head system without the banding or softness that usually comes with it, and continuous white ink circulation means you're not stopping mid-run to remix pigment. This is a printer for a shop that has outgrown single-head DTF and needs consistent color, run after run, on cotton, polyester, denim, fleece and nylon.

Why Choose the STS XPD-924D

  • Less downtime for maintenance. Continuous white ink circulation keeps pigment suspended so you're not pausing production to remix or clear settled ink.
  • Production speed without losing detail. Staggered dual AccuFine HD printheads let you run at up to 17.5 sqm/hr while holding smooth gradients and fine lines, not just solid fills.
  • One less manual step per job. Automatic bi-directional and page feed alignment removes a calibration step operators would otherwise handle by hand between rolls.
  • Faster turnaround per transfer. The improved front dryer system cuts ink dry time by 20 percent, so finished film moves through your line quicker.
  • A transfer you can stand behind. OEKO-TEX certification and AATCC 61-2A washability testing back the finished product when a fashion or corporate branding client asks about durability.

Features

  • Staggered dual AccuFine HD printheads: the staggered layout is what lets two heads run without doubling your banding risk, so you get the speed gain without the quality tradeoff.
  • DropMaster 2 automatic bi-directional alignment: corrects head alignment on its own, so print quality stays consistent without an operator running manual test patterns.
  • Feed Master automatic feed roller adjustment: adjusts roller pressure to the film you've loaded, which cuts down on feed jams and misfeeds across different film types.
  • i-screen print effects: multiple waveform options that mitigate banding, useful when a job leans heavily on solid color fills.
  • Media Tracker: tracks how much film is left on the roll, so you know when to reorder before you're mid-job and out of film.
  • Auto cleaning and maintenance: handles routine head cleaning on a schedule instead of leaving it to an operator to remember.
  • Four-level print head height adjustment (1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 4.0mm): lets you switch between thin film and thicker specialty substrates without swapping hardware.
  • Companion monitoring software: gives you print history, job cost analysis and remote access, so you can check on a run without standing at the machine.
  • Internal LED lighting: lets you check a print mid-run without opening the unit or stopping the job.
  • Gigabit-Ethernet connectivity: moves high-resolution production files to the printer without the transfer time becoming your bottleneck.
