The Mutoh XpertJet 1462UF is a UV-LED flatbed printer with a moving gantry. It features a large 55" x 27" printable surface area, two 4" UV-LED lamps and two piezo drop-on-demand printheads in a staggered configuration, and it prints on objects up to 5.9" thick. It produces ADA-compliant braille and 2.5D layered prints with fine textures that add value to any print job, and Mutoh's Local Dimming Control Technology lets you add glossy finishes easily in one pass.

• Accurate dot placement. The highly rigid, precision-built chassis and rail mechanism ensure accurate dot placement for reliable, high-quality printing.
• Built-in nozzle reliability. The automatic nozzle checking unit detects missing nozzles and performs a nozzle cleaning. If clogged nozzles do not recover, Nozzle Area Select temporarily prints using a selected area of active nozzles.
• Ready for jigs. The 4-zone vacuum table has pre-drilled jig holes, laser-etched guide lines and a ferromagnetic bed. Vacuum holes and screw holes outside the markings can be used to secure custom jigs.
• One-pass gloss. Mutoh's Local Dimming Control Technology adds glossy finishes in one pass.
