xTool MetalFab Ordinary Cutting Nozzle (5pcs) – Spare Nozzles for the MetalFab CNC Cutter
The ordinary cutting nozzle is the everyday nozzle for precise CNC cutting on the xTool MetalFab. It cuts stainless steel, brass, aluminum, galvanized sheet, and carbon steel.
Choosing the Right Nozzle
- Metals under 1 mm: use this ordinary nozzle with just 0.6 MPa gas pressure.
- Thicker stainless steel, brass, and aluminum: use this ordinary nozzle at higher pressure (1.2 MPa), or switch to a SaveGas™ nozzle at 0.6 MPa air pressure.
- Carbon steel and galvanized sheet 2 mm and thicker: use the double-layer nozzle with oxygen instead.
