Rapid Curing for DTG, Pretreatment & Water-Based Inks
The Lo-E3D Dryer by Vastex delivers fast curing for all DTG inks, pretreatment, and screen-printed water-based/discharge applications at just 6.35 kW of power — drawing 28 amps @ 230V or 10 amps @ 400V 3-phase. Built for scalability, its modular design allows doubling or tripling capacity by adding heating chambers and extending the conveyor belt. This flexibility eliminates upfront overinvestment and costly upgrades as production grows.

High-Efficiency Performance
With a 52-inch (132 cm) heating chamber and 6,350 watts (6.35 kW) of power, the Lo-E3D cures up to 64 garments/hour using digital white ink (3-minute dwell time) or 180 garments/hour with DTG pretreatment, water-based inks, or discharge (1-minute dwell time). Dual-zone heat control includes a boost zone for rapid temperature ramp-up, enabling faster belt speeds and higher output.

Precision Engineering & Expandability
Featuring height-adjustable heaters with tightly spaced coils, the dryer generates high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat to eliminate cold spots and ensure consistent curing. The industry-leading 15-year warranty underscores its durability. Fully modular, the dryer can expand with added heating chambers and conveyor extensions (front/back) to optimize workflow. An optional Conveyor Air Bar accelerates post-cure cooling.
