Time 45 seconds
Imaging Instructions Press Temperature: 355˚F, 45-60 secondsLIGHT Pressure, Hot peel recommended1.)   Remove plastic cover from plate2.)   Place two sheets of paper on the base of the heat press. (important)3.)   Place silicon sheet on top of rubber base.4.)   Place imaged sublimation paper face up in press and hover the press over it for 10-20 seconds to remove any moisture. (recommended)5.)   Remove imaged sublimation paper from heat press. And place on a table 6.)   With the imaged paper face up on the table, place plate on top of paper with printable side of plate face down.  Tape both plate and paper together with heat tape.7.)   Keep the plate down and paper below it and place in heat press.8.)   Press at 355˚F for 45-60 seconds; using light pressure9.) Remove the sublimation paper immediately.  
Important:  be careful not to let the paper shift across the surface of the object, or you may create a “ghost” image.WARNING:  Plate is extremely hot after pressing, DO NOT handle with bare hands.NOTE:  Extra care should be taken when handling the plate hot. The plate is vulnerable to damage while it is hot.  Do not use a teflon sheet when pressing.TIP: If colour looks dull, increase temperature to 380F.
