Uninet DTF Xpress / Slim Shaker Bundle
This bundle pairs the UNINET DTF Xpress 17" DTF printer with UNINET's 17" Vertical SlimShaker, an automatic powder applicator and curing machine with a 12.7 sq ft footprint, compared with about 31.5 sq ft for a typical 24" horizontal shaker. It ships with ProRIP software, ink, powder and film so you can start producing right away.

About the Vertical SlimShaker
The SlimShaker applies powder and cures in a vertical, space-saving design with the same curing area as a long horizontal shaker. It cures DTF film rolls and works in-line with any roll-to-roll DTF printer.
Vertical Space-Saving Design: The lowest footprint of any UNINET shaker; fits through a standard 36" door frame when unassembled.
Automatic Powder Application: Pour powder into the powdering section and it is applied evenly, with variable speed control.
Automatic Powder Removal and Re-Use: Excess powder is shaken off and recirculated automatically.

Recommended PPE includes full body covering, N95 respirator or equivalent, safety goggles, and gloves. TPU adhesive powder may become airborne during handling prior to curing. UNINET strongly recommends a dedicated fume extractor for curing operations. DTF equipment is intended for commercial use, not residential or in-home settings. Humidity above 50% is recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
