Uninet DTF Xpress / Horizontal Shaker Bundle
This bundle pairs the UNINET DTF Xpress 17" DTF printer with UNINET's 17" Horizontal Shaker, a turnkey powder applicator and dryer for DTF film rolls. The shaker is a 220V machine, and the bundle includes a 5000W step-down converter so you can run everything on standard dedicated 120V lines. It ships with ProRIP software, ink, powder and film so you can start producing right away.

A fume extractor is not included. UNINET recommends adding one for proper fume extraction during curing.
About the Horizontal Shaker
A turnkey powder applicator and dryer that cures DTF film rolls up to 17" wide and works with roll-to-roll DTF printers, including the DTF Xpress. It fits through a standard 32" doorway when unassembled.
Automatic Powder Application: Pour powder into the powdering section and it is applied evenly, with variable speed control.
Automatic Powder Removal and Re-Use: Excess powder is shaken off and recirculated automatically.
Conveyor Belt System: Reduces static-related issues.
Film Sensor: Roll collection turns on and off automatically to wind up the cured film.
Advanced Take-Up System: An extra tension bar rolls finished film up more cleanly.

Recommended PPE includes full body covering, N95 respirator or equivalent, safety goggles, and gloves. TPU adhesive powder may become airborne during handling prior to curing. UNINET strongly recommends a dedicated fume extractor for curing operations. DTF equipment is intended for commercial use, not residential or in-home settings. Humidity above 50% is recommended to minimize the risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
