Quantity. Pallet pricing applies to full pallet quantities only.
- 11oz mugs: one pallet holds 48 cases of 36 mugs (1,728 mugs). Multi pallet orders start at 96 cases.
- 15oz mugs: one pallet holds 35 cases of 36 mugs (1,260 mugs). Multi pallet orders start at 70 cases.
- Delivery method. Pallet orders ship by LTL freight truck. The carrier delivers to the curb or the dock only. The driver does not bring the pallet inside or unload individual cases.
- Receiving requirements. The delivery address must have a loading dock or a forklift available at the time of delivery. Before we ship, you must confirm this in writing and, on request, provide proof such as a photo of the dock or the forklift. If you cannot provide proof, the order will ship with liftgate (tailgate) service, and the liftgate fee will be added to your order before it ships.
- Delivery area. Pallet pricing includes freight to commercial addresses in urban and suburban areas of the contiguous United States. Residential, rural, remote and limited access addresses, and any address that carries extra carrier charges, are subject to additional fees. We will confirm any additional fees with you before the order ships.
- Failed or refused delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed because of the receiving location, the pallet will be held by the carrier or returned to our warehouse. This includes no dock or forklift available, an incorrect or incomplete address, a closed location, or a refused shipment. Any resulting carrier charges are the customer's responsibility, including redelivery, storage and return freight. Redelivery can be arranged at the customer's cost. If the order is cancelled instead, the refund will be the order total less the actual freight and carrier charges incurred. Failed deliveries caused by the carrier or by Joto Imaging Supplies are not charged to the customer.
- Inspection. Inspect the pallet on delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Damage claims cannot be accepted unless the damage is noted on the delivery receipt.
