Adkins Maxi Hi-Lift Swing Away Press

The Joto Maxi High-Lift Swing Away heat press is a manually operated heat press with LED digital microprocessor control. The heat press is adapted for thicker items with the inclusion of a longer head post, that lifts the heat plate by approximately 1” (2.5cm) providing additional clearance between the heat plate and the base plate, which makes it possible to press onto thicker substrates.

Safety remains paramount and the inbuilt thermal cut-out on the heating element shuts off power to the heating element, should the temperature exceed 235°C +/- 15°C (455°F +/-27°F).

Features:

• SAFETY RELEASE: Operator safety is vital in any production environment and the Joto Maxi range features a self-locking safety catch. The catch safely secures the press in the open position when not in use, and when in the closed position secures the heat plate closed ensuring operator safety even under high-pressure operation.

• HI-LIFT CLEARANCE: The extended rear post results in an additional 25 mm clearance between the heat plate and press table. This allows the operator to print onto thicker substrates such as award plaques and acrylic blocks.

• SWING AWAY OPERATION: The swing head operation of the Joto Maxi range exposes the entire lower table. This has the advantage of moving the heated top plate completely away from the garment loading area, therefore minimizing risk to the operator. This also makes the Maxi one of the easiest heat presses to accurately position your garment and transfer.
